- Prepare 160 g of Dark Chocolate Chip (+ some for toppings).
- Prepare 120 g of Unsalted butter.
- You need 240 ml of Buttermilk (Or 240ml fresh milk + 1 Tablespoon of vinegar).
- Prepare 2 of Large eggs.
- You need 170 g of self raising flour.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
- Prepare 70 g of unsweetened cocoa powder.
- You need 190 g of castor sugar.
- You need 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

- Preheat oven to 170°C/ 340°F. Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into a mixing bowl and add in the chocolate chips. Mix well..
